I see Coach Kieran as one of the best frisbee coaches you can get in Malaysia. His classes are always structured and exciting, and he is very clear and informative in what he's teaching. I wouldn't be the player I am today without him. Having him as your coach will definitely make you improve a lot in independent skills and teamwork.

Playing with DC definitely pushed me to do more things that I thought wasn't quite possible in a short amount of time. Coaches can really simplify things into a beginner friendly explanation which helped a lot in my growth as a person and a player. They're funny too!

Through my sessions with Kieran, I learnt more about footwork in ultimate and he pointed out areas for improvement that I was completely unaware of. I feel more comfortable playing man-to-man defence, and I have more options attacking my defender as a receiver now. Kieran is very patient and always provides concise feedback that's easy to understand. Recommend to anyone who's looking to get better at ultimate!

Coach Kieran is so nice. My friends and I had zero knowledge about frisbee at first, but since we joined training with him each one of us has improved a lot. The first coaching points were throwing technique (forehand and backhand) and catching, and he simplified it enough for beginners like us to grasp within two weeks. Because of that, our team managed to win some games in the recent National Dental Intervarsity Games (NDIVG) — which seemed impossible at first. Kieran is very friendly to everyone and encourages us at all times, which motivated us to keep pushing and practising. As he always says, "from zero to hero."
