DC Ultimate Frisbee Academy was founded in 2019 with a singular belief — Ultimate Frisbee is one of the only sports in the world with no referee. Players govern themselves. That makes it a natural environment for developing leadership, integrity and accountability.

We don't just coach a sport. We use the sport to build young people who lead themselves — on the field and beyond it. Our coaches bring national-level experience and a genuine commitment to long-term athlete development.
